Handled Studio was born from years spent behind the scenes, supporting business owners as they built, grew, and evolved their businesses.

After more than seven years working as an executive assistant and operations support professional, I saw the same pattern again and again talented, driven business owners stretched thin by the day-to-day tasks that quietly steal time, energy, and focus. Administration, HR coordination, inboxes, scheduling, systems… all essential, yet rarely the best use of a founder’s time.

I’ve always been drawn to creating order from chaos and finding calm in the details. Supporting others came naturally, and over time I realised that the work I loved most was helping business owners feel lighter, clearer, and more in control.

Becoming a mum further shaped how I viewed work, balance, and boundaries. It reinforced the importance of working smarter, not harder and of having the right support in place. That experience ultimately gave me the confidence to step out on my own and create Handled Studio.

Today, Handled Studio offers boutique executive assistant and business operations support to growing businesses who are ready for a more considered way of working. I work remotely and closely with each client, providing personalised, reliable support that feels seamless and intuitive never outsourced or transactional.
